Returns and Refunds

Our return and exchange policy
You have 30 days to return your items (exclusion apply) for an exchange or full refund. The item must be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn with all the labels attached. We request you include your Order number or original receipt/invoice with your parcel. If you prefer a refund, it will be provided using your original payment method. If you want to exchange the product, please attach a note with the size required. All items must be posted using Australia Post or Courier of your choice. Return postage costs will be at your expense. Unfortunately, we don't allow pickups even if you live close to our workshop.
What we cannot exchange
Unfortunately there are products that cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty, wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to do. They include ALL personalised products, where you choose a name, text, numbers, date etc. Our products are made to order just for you and we hope you understand our Policy.
How does it work?
  1. Contact us via our email address - info@printo.com.au to make sure we are able replace your item or if we have the right size.
  2. Package your item(s) into safe packaging. We request you include your order number and/or proof of purchase with your parcel.
  3. Include one self-addressed Australia Post Prepaid Satchel (available in 500g, 3kg and 5kg sizes) for return shipping.
  4. Post your parcel to the address provided below.
  5. Please allow up to 14 days after the arrived status for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
